OUR PROCESS
If we decide to move forward, here is what you can expect:
Step 1: Discovery Call: Discuss your current situation, needs and goals, and determine how we will work together and define the terms of our relationship.
Step 2: Consultation with Jennifer: Learn about your legal rights and obligations.
Step 3: Homework – Part 1: Gather information required by Jennifer
Step 4: Legal Advice: Jennifer will evaluate your situation based on the information you’ve provided and develop and present your options as well as provide legal advice in a detailed strategy session.
Step 5: Homework – Part 2 & 3: Gather remaining information required by Melany
Step 6: Financial Planning: Melany will evaluate your situation based on the information you’ve provided as well as your legal options provided by Jennifer. She will develop and present your various division of asset options projected from now until mortality so you can understand how they compare, as well as the short- and long-term value of each. With the Reinvention Roadmap and the Empowerment Partnership packages, she will also present recommendations to accomplish your remaining financial goals.
Step 7: Implementation*: If applicable, implement, monitor, and revise your legal and financial plans as necessary.
* The right fit is a must for everyone involved in the financial planning space to work together long-term, after the initial strategy. As such, implementation of your financial plan with Melany cannot be decided at the time of your strategy purchase. It will be a mutual decision at the completion of your strategy, if all parties feel there is a good fit to work together on an ongoing, annual basis.
